1. The service
Submit Kit accepts form submissions from websites you control and delivers them by email to an address you nominate. Configuration is managed by us on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorised to operate the domains you register with us.
- You are responsible for the email address you nominate as the recipient.
- You must tell the people using your forms what happens to their information, and obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires.
- You must not use the service in the ways set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Availability
We aim for reliable delivery but do not offer an uptime guarantee. Because we do not retain submissions, a submission that fails to deliver cannot be recovered or replayed. If delivery matters to your business, keep an independent record of enquiries.
4. Suspension
We may pause a form or an account immediately where we believe it is being used abusively, is damaging our sending reputation, or is putting other customers at risk. We will tell you when we do.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost business, lost enquiries, or indirect loss.
6. Changes
We may change these terms and will give notice by email to the address on your account before material changes take effect.
