Submit Kit is a service of STACHOLD GROUP LLC ("we", "us"), and this policy forms part of your agreement with that company.

Submit Kit delivers enquiries from your own website to your own inbox. It is not a mailing tool, and the limits below exist to keep it working for everyone.

Do not

Send to any address other than the recipient configured for your form.
Use the service to send bulk, marketing, or unsolicited email.
Register a domain you do not own or operate.
Relay submissions from a site other than the domains registered for your form.
Submit unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes someone's rights.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, bot checks, or field validation.
Use the service to harass a person or to collect credentials under false pretences.

Enforcement

We may pause a form or an account without notice where use threatens our sending reputation or other customers, and we will explain why. Configuration is preserved, so a form that is paused can be restored unchanged once the problem is resolved.
