Get a form endpoint

Setup is done by hand, by a person, one site at a time.

That is deliberate. Everything a submission must not be able to control — the recipient, the sending identity, the domains allowed to post — lives in server-side configuration rather than in an account you log into. It means no passwords to lose and no dashboard to compromise, and it means we check your destination inbox actually belongs to you before anything is delivered to it.

What to tell us

What happens next

  1. 1. We reply with a question or two if anything is ambiguous.
  2. 2. We confirm the destination inbox belongs to you, by sending to it and waiting for your reply. A typo here would deliver your enquiries to a stranger, so we check rather than assume.
  3. 3. We configure your form and send you a short HTML snippet to paste into your page.
  4. 4. You submit a test through your own site, and we both confirm it arrives and that hitting reply reaches the visitor.

Changes later — a new field, another domain, a different recipient — work the same way: email support@submit-kit.com and we make them.

Before you write in

Two things worth knowing, because they are not what every form service does.
